Question: Hi:

I am 42 and have just had a TVH/BSO on December 2, 1999. I was started on Premarin .625 mg daily in mid January 2000. I am now having tremors, sweats, FATIGUED, blurred vision/double vision, just generally feeling unwell. I have not had these symptoms in years and I am wondering if this is a interaction with the HRT and Levothyroxin? Seems since I started taking the Hormone Replacement everything is out of whack, including low haemoglobin count, low white count...all I know right now is the T3 is at 0.16, was retested last Thursday for the total TSH counts. Any insight on this question would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Answer: There is not usually a interaction between these two. The double vision needs to be evaluated by a neurologist.
